Our studio space is also available to rent for events, including: corporate, private, and product launches. The studio is a sprawling 13,500 square feet with vast open spaces, high ceilings and a modern aesthetic that can be easily transformed. It is a perfect space for almost limitless possibilities, from build-out options to decor. Our space is located a couple of blocks from the DC metro, 15 minutes from downtown Washington, and 20-30 minutes from 3 major international airports.
